At Offset Trail, like many other SMEs, the incorporation and market entry process can be complicated and overwhelming, so any help is always appreciated. In this case, it has come in the form of a grant for the incorporation of unemployed people, on an indefinite basis, as worker members in cooperatives, specifically for the incorporation of our colleague Ana into the team. This aid, worth €10,000 and with file number ESEILS/2022/82/46, is co-financed by the Conselleria d'Economia Sostenible, Sectors Productius, Comerç i Treball, the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy and the European Social Fund.
This subsidy is subject to the de minimis regime and is granted under Regulation (EU) 1407/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013, regarding the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union regarding the minimis aid (DO L 352, of December 24, 2013), and to the cumulation rules contained in article 5 of Commission Regulation 1407/2013, circumstances expressly included in article 14 sections 3 and 4 of the aid order mentioned.
